Youth Activities
Joy Youth Group (grades 7 - 12) meets on the 1st, 2nd, 4th (and 5th) Sunday evenings at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
Youth (grades 6 - 12) meet on the 3rd Sunday of each month beginning at 6:00 p.m. at a different restaurant in the Heights. Where to meet will be decided by those who attend the 2nd Sunday's youth group.
There is also a new Facebook page for the Youth. Please find the page and hit the "like" button to keep current on what the youth are up to and to receive information via Facebook. **AUGUST EVENTS**
Elementary:None planned for August.
Senior High: Picnic at Lake Elmo. Saturday, August 6th @ 11:00 am. Come enjoy time with each other before the busyness of school begins! (DONE)
Jr & Sr High: Camping trip! August 13-14th @ Red Lodge (KOA). Leave Saturday morning at 10:00 am and return Sunday afternoon. Please see Jess by August 7th if going so food can be bought!! The cost will be $15.00 to help offset the cost of food and camping. Thanks! (DONE)
NOTE: There will be NO youth group on August 14th (due to the fact that we will be getting home from a camping trip) and August 21st (due to Jess being on vacation). The other Sundays in August will have youth group like normal!
NOTE: Those wanting to attend the National Youth Gathering in July of 2012 need to get Jess thier names no later than September 15th.
