Lefse Making

Calling all Scandinavian and non-Scandinavian bakers - experienced or first time! Join us in turning 200lbs of potatoes (uff da) into that favorite food group, lefse! Peeling, chopping, cooking and ricing takes place Sunday, Oct. 16, while rolling, frying and cleaning up is slated for Monday & Tuesday, Oct. 17-18. Bring anything lefse (pans, rolling pins, boards, turners, scrapers, etc. See you there!
